I’ve been familiar with programming since elementary school and have been passionate about English since entering junior high—particularly intrigued by its structural differences from Japanese. I’m currently developing an app to support second language acquisition, aiming to design an interactive UI that helps users intuitively grasp English sentence structure . To achieve this, I study generative grammar—especially Combinatory Categorial Grammar and Head-Driven Phrase Structure Grammar —to apply the logic behind unconscious language processing to UI design. In the future, I hope to explore the fundamental question, “What is language to humans?” while rethinking the purpose and methods of second language learning in an age of advanced AI translation. I look forward to engaging with diverse foundation members , inspiring each other, and deepening the challenge of bridging theory and practice.
