I am a rising senior at Stanford Online High School, and I am particularly interested in robotics and IoT. I have been involved in the local FIRST robotics team (4027) since seventh grade, being the subsystem lead for the past 3 years, as well as being the vice president of the club for the last two. On top of the technical aspects of robotics, I also like STEM outreach, such as going on news programs or talking in magazines to spread STEM awareness in my community. I also enjoy teaching kids at the local makerspace about 3d printing and CAD. Regarding IoT, I am currently working on a temperature measurement system and app integration for Carbon4Good, in order to allow farmers to better verify the biochar they create with their waste biomass.
I am also interested in quantum mechanics; I am doing research alongside Professor Blades at Juniata College and Penn State University on 1D materials and am taking quantum computing at my high school.
