I am working with Danish startup Pond Biomaterials on building a bioplastic from duckweed. I developed a small scale proof of concept of a flexible plastic-free solar cell at Toronto Metropolitan University. Outside of STEM, I am the author of the “Chronicles of Illusions” fantasy novel duology and I am working on a new book currently. I will study materials engineering at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill as a Morehead-Cain Scholar.
