I am exploring what computers can do to help people lead healthier and happier lives. Behavior change plays an important role in healthcare. In my specialty, Human-Computer Interaction research, I continue to consider how people and computers can interact with each other to help people move toward their ideal state. At Carnegie Mellon University, I develop intelligent computer systems that utilize cutting-edge technologies in machine learning while evaluating them in the real world. I would like to contribute to the health and wellbeing of humankind by maximizing the power of existing computing devices and opening up new possibilities.
