Ever since being introduced to Lego Mindstorms in primary school, robotics has been my obsession and interest. Throughout middle and high school, I participated for 6 years in two junior robotics competitions for autonomous robots.

During 2017 to 2021 I studied information engineering at the University of Cambridge and have been involved in a variety of robotics and engineering projects from the technical and a managerial perspective. Out of projects, I have been involved in research opportunities in the university, and an active committee member of the RoboCupJunior Rescue League.

In my PhD at EPFL I will be conducting research on cutting edge robotic hardware targeted at robot hands. My ultimate life goal is to incorporate robotic systems into society (as cognitive and physical assistance/partners) – and I aim to achieve this through a robotics researcher both in and out of academia.
